It’s been a busy few months here on the CK Blog! Today, we’ll be picking up where we left off in our Card Kingdom Affiliates series to tell you about one of our favorite podcasts: Good Luck High Five!
GLHF began in 2013 as Magic the Amateuring, a podcast for new Magic players hosted by Maria Bartholdi and Meghan Wolff. Although they were only amateurs at the time, Meghan and Maria’s chemistry and quick wit made their show a must-listen, and they shared a commitment to improving at the game. Their transformation from newcomers to pro point-earning powerhouses is inspirational, and we’re eager to see them achieve even greater success in the future.
Meghan and Maria have become two of the Magic community’s most popular role models. Their weekly podcasts and videos provide a heaping helping of strategy with a side of comedy, proving that competition and fun aren’t mutually exclusive. Whether they’re dishing about draft strategy or trying to remember the names of 90’s TV shows, their content consistently makes us laugh and helps us learn.
