Since July 2023, our warehouse team has been represented by UFCW 3000, and that partnership has become something we genuinely value. Today, we’re proud to share that we ratified our second contract together on June 15th, 2026. Our new three-year agreement was reached in just two days of negotiations, with the full support of our union stewards, who recommended a yes vote.
We think that speed says something. It reflects years of building trust, listening to one another, and approaching the table as partners. The people who pack, ship, and care for every order are central to what we do, and this agreement reaffirms our commitment to fair wages and working conditions for our union and all of our employees.
