Order Processing Delays

Card KingdomCard Kingdom Updates

Update, 12/23: Due to a winter storm warning in Northwestern Washington, we have temporarily closed to ensure the safety and well being of our teams. This may impact shipping and receiving times, which could lead to an additional 2-6 day delay.

We will continue to update this post with information as the situation changes, and we appreciate your understanding and support. The original post will continue below:

We’ve hit a period where we aren’t consistently getting orders out the door and on their way to you in 4-5 days. We know that’s frustrating, and we want to acknowledge that we’ve heard from many customers about this. While everyone at Card Kingdom is working hard, we’ve needed to adjust our processes as our catalog expands with each release. We have been slowly adapting to the changing Magic: The Gathering card market, so we can remain your trusted source to buy and sell. We are committed to improving our processing speed and adjustments to new card sets and expectations of you, our customer. We don’t want to make excuses; we want to be honest with the fact that we are not providing the service you’re used to and that we’ve communicated at checkout.

Over the past few days, all teams have pivoted to assisting with getting orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We’ve been rapidly moving through our backlog and will continue focusing on getting orders to our carriers and on the way to you. We aim to be at 5-7 days of processing shortly. We may face some factors outside of our control, like snowy weather, and will communicate any further delays. If you’ve recently sent us a sell order, you may also experience a 3-4 day delay in your order being marked received or graded. We appreciate your patience.

We know many of you are waiting on gifts, and we expect to meet our shipping deadlines for domestic packages. We know the Royal Mail strike and realize it will delay many international deliveries.

Our goal remains to provide exceptional shipping experiences to our customers—getting you the cards you want when you need them. We appreciate your patience and hear your frustrations as we work our way back to meeting that goal.
