While warm weather systems have melted the snow and helped clear the roads here in Seattle, other cities throughout the continental US continue to experience severe weather incidents that may result in transportation and delivery delays from carriers. Update 2/15/21: We’re knocking the snow and ice off as the city starts to recover from the weather that shut the Pacific Northwest down this weekend and our team is back at work packing your orders. We want to let folks know that it will take a couple days for us to get caught up to our normal 2 day processing times.
We’re working to get orders out as swiftly as possible and have engaged help across the company to pack orders. Folks from every department will be pitching in to reduce our processing time and get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Card Kingdom’s customers are our top priority, without exception. While we may face challenges and cannot always deliver flawlessly, we will forever strive to provide you with the best experiences. Update 2/14/21: Our operations are open today and we are processing orders. We will be working through our order backlog and orders will ship on Tuesday, February 16th. Monday is a mail holiday, but we will be processing orders.

Update 2/13/21: Seattle has experienced a severe storm that’s made road travel dangerous. As a result, Card Kingdom will pause operations today to keep our team safe. Because Monday is a holiday with no mail service, packages will be shipped beginning Tuesday, February 16th. We appreciate your patience with this weather-related delay.

Card Kingdom orders may be subject to temporary shipping and processing delays this weekend as winter weather moves into the Seattle area.
Weather reports are calling for 4-6 inches of snow in Seattle over the weekend, as well as heavy winds. This may cause carrier delays in our area, as well as in other parts of the US experiencing severe weather incidents.
We are watching local weather reports closely to see how these delays may impact our operations. While we expect any delays to be temporary, we know that our customers rely on us for fast shipping, and we wanted to share this news as soon as possible.
