The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth is the latest adventure into Universes Beyond, and the first one to receive a full Magic: The Gathering set. At the same time, this is also the first time Card Kingdom plans to ship sealed preorders early, on June 16, giving players a head start at exploring everything Middle-earth has to offer.
This offer extends only to orders of sealed The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth product placed before midnight on June 13. Meanwhile, orders that include both sealed product and singles will ship on June 23, the set’s release date. Be sure to place your sealed product in a separate order to take advantage of early shipping opportunity.
Card Kingdom is able to offer this early shipping due to Wizards of the Coast’s extended prerelease early sales policy, which allows select Wizards Play Network retailers to sell the full suite of set products in any quantity starting right from prerelease.
Our goal is also to continue offering this early shipping for sealed products from all future sets, though we may need to make changes to allow for operational impacts. Any changes to our prerelease shipping will be communicated to the public.
